New Xbox One S Deal with Free Fallout 4, Phantom Pain

The new Xbox One S 1TB and 500GB bundle were released earlier this week on August 23rd. While the deals didn’t appear immediately, they are now two new deals available for different storage size of Xbox One S bundles.

This week, you have your choice in deals for the 500GB and 1TB Xbox One S bundles. At Newegg’s eBay store, you can pick up a Xbox One S 500GB bundle for $30 more than list price, but receive three additional free games with a value of about $72. The free games are: Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate (meh); Fallout 4; and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain.

A slightly better value in our opinion is the Xbox One S 1TB Madden NFL 17 Bundle. At eBay Deals, you can get the bundle with a free $50 eBay bonus (essentially your choice of another game or controller). Given game size these days – the 1TB option is a good idea in our opinion.

Xbox One & S Deals List Price % Off Sale Price
Xbox One S 500GB Halo Collection Bundle + Fallout 4,  Phantom Pain, AC: Syndicate $329.00
Xbox One S 1TB Madden NFL 17 Bundle + Free $50 eBay Gift Card $349.99
Xbox One “Name Game” Bundle + Madden NFL 17, AC Syndicate $299.99 13% $259.99
Xbox One 1TB Holiday Bundle + Madden NFL 17, Rainbow Six Siege $519.97 42% $299.99

Apparently NewEgg wasn’t aggressive enough in clearing out their old Xbox One inventory this Summer prior to the arrival of the Xbox One S. This week we’re also spotting two new offers on the table for the older Xbox One. To move units, Newegg is tackling on Madden NFL 17 and more free games to two Xbox One bundles on their eBay page.

The cheapest of the bundles is the February 2016 released Name Your Game Bundle. This console will cost you $259.99 ($40 off the usual $300) and NewEgg is tossing in a free copy of Madden NFL 17 and Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. At their best prices online Madden and Syndicate add up to $80, so not a bad discount + bonus offer.

Also at NewEgg’s eBay page is 2015 Xbox One Holiday Bundle for $299.99 with more bonus games. Once again NewEgg is tossing in a free copy of yesterdays release Madden NFL 17 and a copy of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. The games add up to a bonus $85 in value, and considering the bump from 500GB storage to 1TB, this holiday bundle might be a better offer for only $40 more than the Name Your Game Bundle.
