One Step From Eden PS4 Version Strides Onto the PlayStation Store

The roguelike that combines Slay the Spire-style deck building with Mega Man: Battle Network-like field positioning has found another new home. A One Step from Eden PS4 version has arrived. People can immediately find it in the PlayStation Store for $19.99.

In One Step from Eden, you pick one of nine characters and try to make your way through different areas to reach Eden. (You have to unlock additional people, of course.) Your deck of actions determines which spells you can use against enemies as you move around the grid. If you know someone else with the game, there’s even cooperative multiplayer. Though, even though it might look a bit like Mega Man: Battle Network, this roguelike does have its own identity.

Since this is the sort of game where it is easier to understand it when you actually see it, here’s a One Step from Eden trailer looking at how a fight works.

Here are some screenshots that offer an idea of how different spells and actions can alter the battlefield or help people find a way to corner and defeat the different enemies in their way.

One Step from Eden is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC.
