In May 2021, Capcom revealed that sales for Resident Evil Village had reached 4 million units worldwide. After its initial release, Resident Evil Village had shipped roughly 3 million units. This put the title somewhere around the same range of shipments as Resident Evil 7 when it originally released. As it stands, Resident Evil Village has not yet broken into the top ten on Capcom’s Platinum Titles.

Additionally, a series of Resident Evil Village DLC is currently available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users. However, all three pieces of DLC are paid DLC. This includes a survival pack that features ammunition, healing items, and lock picks. Other DLC unlocks a unique charm for a specific shotgun, and content from the extra shop in the game.

The available DLC are as follows:

  • In-Game Rewards DLC – Â¥500 or $5
  • Racoon City Mascot Charm – Â¥100 or $1
  • Survival Pack – Â¥100 or $

Previously, Capcom announced that it has plans to release DLC for Resident Evil Village. However, no further information regarding more robust or story-focused DLC content has yet to be revealed.

Resident Evil Village is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
