The November 2014 released PC port for Valkyria Chronicles blew SEGA’s expectations away in terms of sales and popularity… so, why not sell it even cheaper? Today the Sweden-based PC gaming retailer GamersGate cut the game to only $6.80 in a 24-hour sale. That’s the lowest historic price we’ve spotted and an impressive and unexpected drop on a well-reviewed port.
Similarly, for around the same price, you can get Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for $5.77 – also a historic low. Both are excellent titles to add to your Steam library, but take note: the deals last for only 24 hours and will end soon.
On the console front, the most newsy deals out there are on pre-order titles. The Microsoft Store and Best Buy are both offering $10 gift cards if you pre-order next week’s release of Battlefield Hardline through them.
On the other hand, NewEgg offers rare coupon discounts on several pre-order titles, including Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Mario Party 10, and Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker.
