First, while Black Dahlia is available in Skullgirls Mobile, her full Skullgirls 2nd Encore release got pushed into early 2023. (She originally was supposed to appear in 2022.) There will be no early access phase for her. When she is ready, she will officially launch along with her own story mode and The Bunny Burrow stage.

The Xbox One and Series X versions of the game will also appear in early 2023. This will include both the game and Season 1 Pass DLC characters. Hidden Variable also clarified there will be no Xbox 360 update. However, it didn’t note if it will appear before or after Black Dahlia’s debut.

Finally, the Skullgirls 2nd Encore Marie DLC will debut in 2023 alongside her own story mode. Hidden Variable also shared a gif of Marie dashing in the game.
