Clanne admonishes Framme to make sure to address Alear as “The Divine Dragon.” The next panels on the page describe Framme’s “Divine Dragon Diary,” and Vander’s somewhat complex instructions for their task. The second page in the Fire Emblem Engage manga prologue shows the trio gazing upon Alear’s sleeping form. The manga uses the male design of Alear for the manga adaptation. The kids express surprise that Alear is in human form, Framme is struck by Alear’s “dignity and gentle face,” The preview ends when the pair see Alear’s fancy ring.
