The Third Street Saints are coming back again with Saints Row: The Third Remastered. On May 22, 2020, the updated version of the game will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Even better, people will be getting what is essentially the improved version of The Full Package, as it comes with add-ons like Gangstas in Space, Genkibowl VII, and The Trouble with Clones. It will cost $39.99.

Details on exactly how extensive Saints Row: The Third Remastered’s facelift will be have also been revealed. Sperasoft handled the port and updated over 4,000 assets. This means remodeled, retextured, and updated character, car, and weapon models, a new lighting engine, and other adjustments. In addition, people will be able to play alone or cooperatively with another person. (Only online multiplayer will be available.)

Here’s the Saints Row: The Third Remastered trailer going over the announcement and offering a first look at how the game will look on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It clearly labels the “original” and “remaster” footage, so you have a better idea of the extent of the changes.

Saints Row: The Third is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. The remaster will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 22, 2020.
