Warhammer Dawn of War III Rolls Out Thursday, Deal at 25% Off

The biggest release this Thursday will be the Relic Entertainment’s Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III. If you’re up for an RTS that has a slight MOBA feel to it, the new Warhammer title may suffice, but if the $59.99 price tag looks a bit steep there are four discounts available as of writing. Deals are currently up to 25% off at select retailer with most keys being sent for pre-load.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III Deals

GMG (Steam) $59.99 25% $44.99
Retailer List % Off Sale Price
Bundle Stars (Steam) Code: REDDIT5 $59.99 19% $48.44
DLGamer (Steam) $59.99 17% $49.99
GamesPlanet (Steam) £39.99 7% £37.49

The highest percentage off is GMG. The fifteen bucks in savings is an excellent deal, but we should warn you that GMG makes no mention of the Masters of the War Skin pre-order bonus. Also, it is not confirmed whether GMG is sending out pre-load keys.

If you’re looking to have the game for pre-load and get a discount, your best bets are DLGamer and Bundle Stars. Both retailers are confirmed to be sending Steam keys out to customers already. They are also confirmed to be sending out the Masters of the War Skin pre-order bonus – the same offer you’ll find on Steam Store. (Note: a new 5% off code is available Bundle Stars, bringing the price down to $48.44).

GamesPlanet is also another good alternative. The British Pound price of £37.49 is cheaper than the £40 list, and all the more so if you’re outside the UK where it comes out to about ~$48 in US Dollars. Like DLGamer and Bundle Stars above, GamesPlanet is also shipping Steam keys o Dawn of War III early and includes the pre-order DLC bonus.

System requirements for Dawn of War III are reasonable. For minimum system requirement, as long as you have a GPU and CPU newer than 2010, you should be good to go. Installation comes in at a large 50GB of space. For minimum specs, a GeForce 460 or Radeon 6950v video cards will suffice (2010-era GPUs). For the recommended specs, you’ll need a GeForce 770 or Radeon 7970 (2013-era GPUs).
