Xbox 360 Zero Hour: Kaiju Big Battel

At 12:30 AM there was a stir at Zero Hour. Kaiju monsters jumped into a wrestling ring and fought for the safety of the universe. Kaiju Big Battel is monster mayhem inspired by Ultraman and Godzilla flicks. The premise is simple the Earth is under attack from sea creatures, mutants and aliens. Instead of having the monsters battle freely the mysterious Kaiju commissioner sets up ring battles for the Kaiju to fight in. Outside of the creative thought put into the event, it really is costumed wrestling with a humorous twist. During the battles the “monsters” will throw crates cleverly designed as buildings at other fighters. They’ll do victory poses and even dance mid match. Each Kaiju has a different personality they play along with. Kung fu Chicken Noodle Soup is a sore loser. After he won his fight he gave his already beaten opponent a knee to the chest. Call Me Kevin is an orange sea monster who never won a fight and the American Beetle is a bug that stands up for justice. Witty character design and great commentary from the announcer made this a worthwhile break from hours of gaming.

Annoucer, Louden Noxious, shouts "Let the Battle Begin!"

Kung Fu Chicken Noodle Soup lays down some pain.

Call Me Kevin (the red lobster monster) gets ready to throw an apartment complex on Heroic Intern. His mentor, American Beetle, watches in terror.

D.W. Cycloptopus the third helps a fellow bug throw down a Kajiu hero.

Princess Power Ranger takes out all of the boys and dominates the three way fight.
