Mechanics like equipment destruction, soul crushes, and instakill critical finishes from Soulcalibur IV found their way into Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny. Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny will have ad-hoc versus play, but unlike Tekken 6 an infrastructure supported ghost battling feature was not announced.
