An eBay story that isn’t about the Playstation 3 or the Wii, can you believe it? For auction is a Xbox 360 XDK development unit. These special Xbox 360s don’t play 360 games you buy at the local store. Instead they run debug code, which makes this a useful tool for an aspiring homebrew developer. Before you place a bid, the auction is for a UK debug system, which means you’re going to need a PAL TV and a voltage converter to get it to work. Given the rarity of these items appearing on eBay it might be worth it… if you want to work on developing the next Xbox Arcade hit in your basement.

This might be a bad buy. Let’s say this is the real thing. Guy doesnt have a XDK version number on the site. If he’s really a software guy he would know prospective buyers would want that information.
Plus, real devkits look like this

The pictures don’t match. Where’s the protrusion that the dev kits have?
Seems like a wicked scam to me. If it isnt then it’s a reviewer kit. But it doesnt look gray enough to be one.
