Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings coming out sooner than you think

Europe hasn’t even gotten a chance to play XII yet, Japan announced the date to the Nintendo DS sequel. Square-Enix announced that Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings is coming out on April 26, 2007 for 5,040 yen ($41). Square-Enix has been one of the third party publishers who really cashed in on the Nintendo DS. Dragon Quest Monsters Joker sold a million copies in a single month and Final Fantasy III is likely to reach the million mark for US sales soon. Since Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings is coming out in April for Japan, a North American release is nearly guaranteed for 2007 too.
