This Week In Imports: Nothing Goes Gold On Golden Week

By Spencer . May 4, 2009 . 1:02am

Happy Greenery Day! Japan left the building and is out on holiday. Believe it or not there are still import games this week. The pickings are very slim, but one title will surprise you.

Konami localized Dance Dance Revolution Universe 3 for Asia. This version has twenty songs from artists you would see on MTV Asia like the Twins. While Konami released a Korean version of Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Mix and a Taiwanese version of Taiko no Tatsujin, I’m pretty sure this is the first Chinese version of Dance Dance Revolution Universe 3. This will probably be an obscure collectable fifteen years in the future.

Out of the entire world the US has the best release schedule this week with Patapon 2, Klonoa, and a Fallout 3 expansion pack.

    Jagged Alliance (DS)

    How did it turn out?

  • Mazen

Is there a gaming news site I can be regular to that doesn’t mention WRPGs?.

    • Volcynika

Seriously? They exist, so they’ll probably be mentioned.

  • So, is Case Closed still coming out for the U.S. or is it cancelled?

  • Wishy

    Nothing too interesting…

Is anyone else really getting annoyed by the wolverine ad which takes over the goddamn screen. I can’t read any of the updates because this stupid thing lingers there for a bit… And it keeps opening on every page. :/
