This Shin Megami Tensei Slot Machine Will Steal Your Macca

This August Megaten fans can grind through the Tower of Kagutsuchi at pachislot parlors. Atlus and Taiyo Elec are partnering to make Shin Megami Tensei Pachislot.

The pachislot machine has three reels and it’s based off Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. Demon battles take place on a LCD screen while players (gamblers?) test their luck. Shin Megami Tensei games are notorious for their difficulty, but I hope Shin Megami Tensei Pachislot won’t be as challenging. That could get expensive!

Dengeki Online has pictures of the machine from a press event in Roppongi. Check them out and if you *really* want to play this keep your fingers crossed for a console port.

That old woman totally ruins the vibe carefully crafted by the Jack Frost girl. Shoo, shoo!

Oh how I want another Main SMT game, or even a game with the Demi-fiend and other filler…. er… supporting cast.

  • …Wow, what will you think of next, Atlus, a megaten-based series of tarot cards and monster cards a-la-Cardcaptor Sakura?

And gods, that WILL be expensive, if it’s like the megaten games XD You know how much money I had to spend on my compendium in both Persona games??! XD
