Radiant Historia follows Stock as visits parallel worlds and he travels through time to prevent a tragedy. When you go backwards then forwards alternate timelines are created and Radiant Historia has a handy chart that keeps track of them.
Radiant Historia has a point and click world map too. After you select a location Radiant Historia switches to an open field that Stock can run around in. Enemies are visible and appear to react to player characters. If you run into one the game shifts into battle mode where allies and enemies are placed on a three-by-three grid.
