Nin2 Jump, Caves Ninja Action Game, Will Leap OverseasYou may have heard Cave is developing a ninja action game for Xbox 360 called Nin2-Jump. If you didn’t watch this trailer and come back. We’ll wait.

Cave contacted us about their second Xbox Live Arcade title and said Nin2-Jump’s world is based on Japanese shadow plays. You’ll guide the main character "Nin Ja" through ink painted levels. Oh, and Nin2-Jump will be released internationally.

Nin2-Jump is slated for release this year.

rar, looking forward to it >w< Honestly my favorite aspect of the 360 has been it's stellar arcade titles, and I love the fact Cave is starting to make an effort into developing titles for it specifically.

Please ask them if you can turn off the crowd.

Is this game really gonna have no animations for the ninja? That’s how the trailer was, and it’s annoying.

It’s called being “stylized”. Don’t like it? Don’t buy it.

I am rather fond of it. I mean, it IS a cutout on a metal rod afterall.

Probably not, it looks like the ninja is a cardboard held by a stick controlled by a performer in the background (you know like the shadow play in the new Karate Kid), it makes the atmosphere a little eerie, but the effects and lightning are very well done (so are the cutscenes and scoring screen like Muramasa vibe), and unique, more so than say Exit.

I have no problem with the crowd and the shadow play presentation they’ve gone with as each of them give the game some charm :) Now hopefully the platforming and challenge will be done right :)
