Cooking Mama 4 Will Be Served On Nintendo 3DS

imageMajesco just put another Cooking Mama game in the oven. Well, that’s according to Gamestop. The retailer leaked Cooking Mama 4 and says its a Nintendo 3DS game.

Mama took a break from chopping onions and frying eggs to work on Babysitting Mama and Crafting Mama last year. Seems like those part time jobs didn’t pay off since Mama is going back to being a chef.

We’re curious to see what cutting carrots is like in 3D and about her next spinoff Camping Mama.

If it’s anything like Babysitting Mama then I look forward to more awesome Engrish. XD FYI don’t throw the baby. That wasn’t cool.

    • Lol what did I just watch?
I thought I was burned out after 3 Mama games, but need to get this when it’s cheaper.

I’ll do you one better by animating it: Click the link so to be brought to the exact second of the throw (The DISQUS preview box won’t bring you there and force you to watch like 6 minutes of junk to get to the throw):

        • Thank you kind sir, that was exactly what I was looking for, but it shows again that your searching skills are much better than mine~ xD
          Nevertheless awesome episode! xD

Yes my searching skills of typing of Beelzebub + 7 under youtube far surpasses your lame skills ^_^ I love Aoi’s reaction and of course Oga makes his wonderful faces again. ;)

          • I love Aoi~ <3
And lol, I forgot which episode it was…and didn't had the nerve searching every part for that scene.. xD

Whew, no more nightmare plastic babies from hell.

I heard they eventually turn into plague babies(Demon’s Souls)

  • Watching Yumeiro Patissierre SP made me really want to get into cooking. Kanshino was such a good cook, and Ichigo was so sweet! They would make the most fantastic dishes too, and then in that cooking kingdom place, wow, now I want to rewatch it, lovely anime.

Anyway if the food dishes look amazing I may be intrigued to looking into the Cooking Mama series once and for all.

    Cut that chicken…IN THREE-DEEEEE!! *explosion*

  • It’s hard to believe they’re going to try and sell it for $40. Isn’t that double what the other games cost at launch?

I’m not sure about the original Cooking Mama, but 2 and 3 were 29.99 at launch, so it’s only a 10$ bump up (which seems reasonable enough, although I personally wouldn’t pay 30$ for Cooking Mama on DS and I certainly won’t pay 40$ for a 3DS version). I did see Mama 2 down to around 20$ now, so I think I will pick it up for that price since it was charming enough when I tried out my friend’s copy.
