Sundae Funday: These Guns Can’t Kill You

By Ishaan . July 17, 2011 . 10:32am

Another Sundae Funday! Wow, this month sure is going by quickly. E3 still only feels like it was a couple of weeks ago, and yet, we’ve gone through Anime Expo since then and Comic-Con is right around the corner. Before you know it, the Tokyo Game Show will be here, too.

Oh, that picture on the right? Those aren’t guns…they’re ice-creams. These were exhibited at an art show, and come in different kinds of flavours, too. You can see more pictures of them here.

  • A kid with a gun in his mouth? Even if its an ice cream, I wouldnt have had my son take an image like that, what type of message is it trying to convey?

    • Funny, I took more notice of the fact that the back of his hand is tattooed…or at least that’s what it looks like.

I blame south park, specially that episode with Ben Affleck (his parody of course).

    • DanteJones

I wonder how soon fox news is going to be all over that.

    • Apache_Chief

How ELSE are you supposed to eat it? The barrel’s gotta go in the mouth eventually.

      • M’iau M’iaut

Unless there’s one in the chamber that don’t even qualify as showing off in some hoods.

Hey, take a deep breath, he’s just wiping all out. Probably needs to
cool off after burning his dread. That’s what happens when you’re living
with determination. Besides, trying to avoid stuff like this is an
unavoidable battle. Surely you must have memories of the city.

    • DanteJones

      I think he’s doing it wrong…

  • Ren

/sorry, I had to do it. I just wonder how would he shout with that thing is his mouth anyway? Not that I would mind, after Greymon’s Fireball and everything Zoro says while fighting everything else pales in comparison.

    • Zero_Destiny

I know you’re just joking around Ren but now I can ramble on so I’m not gonna pass up the chance. :D Oda was actually asked about why Zoro could talk while he had a sword in his mouth to which he answered that Zoro knows how to throw his voice like a ventriloquist. Of course Oda is kinda infamous for making up answers on the spot to fan’s questions so you really probably can’t make too much out of that.

The funny thing though is in Funimation’s dub for One Piece they actually have the actor do a different voice when Zoro has the sword in his mouth. If I remember right He said he was chewing on a Milky Way chocolate Bar or something when he does his sword lines. lol I really like that extra little thing they did for that. Although it could just be me.

  • RagnaXBL

Would be funny if a real gun got mixed up in there somehow :D

    best april fools day evar!!

    • Blacksofa

Am I the only one who thinks that isn’t very funny at all?
