Time for another Persona 4 anime teaser! Unfortunately, this is one of those 10-second affairs instead of the lengthier trailers. I’m sure some of you will remember the reference in the video:

      Im assuming this is Teddie, since we got Rise last time
      I was hoping for the Naoto vid >_<

        I was hoping for Naoto’s also, but I don’t recognize the Marukyo though.

          Isn’t Marukyu tofu the name of the tofu shop Rise’s family owns? I remember seeing the Marukyu name on the Strip tease dungeon as well.

            Oh that’s right, man it’s been a while since I played P4. I do wonder why they’re teasing Rise’s again however.

    Has their been confirmation yet that Rie is doing Risette as per the game?

      I think so, she reprised her role for “The IDOLM@STER”, I don’t see why she wouldn’t

        P4 had such an AAA Japanese voice cast (Rie, Ami Koshimizu, Tomakazu Seki and Kappei Yamaguchi) that it will be nice to experience how they approached Rise, Yukikio, Kanji and Teddie. Hope all do return and they scare up the English VAs from the game as well.

      In the previous trailer (PV10), they credit Rie for Risette. It’s kind of isolated and quick, but it’s in their promo materials, so I’d assume as much.
      The only original cast who’s not listed or shown at all is Naoto, which makes me wonder if they just don’t want to reveal her yet (so people not in the know will be surprised), or if they’re altering things somehow… which would make Kanji’s shadow tougher to legitimize.

    It has only just now dawned on me – the makers of Persona 4 really just wanted to justify their love of glasses characters by making the entire cast have them.  :D

    Getting excited for this anime, but I gotta finish the game first.  Another month or so and these previews will be in spoiler territory for me!

      Same here… sure people want P5 but seeing as how P4 came very late on the PS2, many people missed out on it (like me). Best way I see it: Release a P4P on the 3DS– it has enough memory to fit everything, cutscenes and all. If it gets a lot of sales, it could affect the later P5 release, or that’s how I see it…

    I wonder if someone in the US will pick this up for streaming over the season. It would be mighty nice. Im kind of hoping Funimation, and then they can get the rights to sub and dub it, hm, I should post in their forums about it. 

    That being said, Im just excited for this because the director of angel beats is doing it, and that was my favorite anime of all time, so this has got to be good.
