Söldner-X developer, Eastasiasoft, are hard at work on a PlayStation Network strategy RPG titled Rainbow Moon. While the game doesn’t have a release date yet, it’s planned for release sometime within the next two months. You can watch the game’s first trailer here.

Today, Eastasiasoft sent us a large batch of screenshots of Rainbow Moon as well, pointing out that these are from the game’s final build. Take a look at them below.

  • Will give this game a chance if the price is right :D

    • 15 bucks man no more no less that what i was told by the dev

      • Really that’s about right. I’ll pay this game maximum ~$19.99
        Thanks for the info :D

  • Ladius

The difference between this game’s generally good art direction and its horrible (imho, of course) character design is staggering. It’s like Vandal Hearts Flames of Judgement all over again, and it’s really a shame since the game could have looked wonderful if they bothered to find a different chara designer :(

  • Syltique

Keep it at $15 and I’m in.

And I agree, the character designs are … unfortunate.  Otherwise, looks pretty good.

    • again, this game wont xseed 15 dollar mark according to a dev that i spoke with :)

  • BadenBadenPrinny

    Shoutouts to cactus cake :D

  • The_Real_Oyashiro

I can look past the horrendous character art since the actual game looks so awesome.

  • Lexaus_the_Alchemist

Hmm… I do like SRPGs, but those character designs may just make my eyes bleed… hopefully there’s a demo for it when it comes out.

  • yeah i was told by the dev that this game wont xseed the 15 price point.so,this is good news for those of you that are on the fence because of price

  • Nice, looks Age of Empire’s ish, which is good.

  • XYZ_JolteonZ980

Gorgeous. Hope people get it, they are really one of my favorite up and coming developers.

  • hopefully is Vita cross playable.

  • Learii

    great  art

  • Crayola_Rox

I’m going to be really disappointed  if this is not vita compat, it just screams handheld gaming

  • Bartholomew

I -love- this art style. I had no idea the game even existed before today. Thanks!

  • Visa Vang
