Send Namco Your Tales Fics, Photos Or Art For Their Tales Booklet

By Ishaan . May 30, 2012 . 2:01pm

Namco Bandai Europe want Tales fans to get creative. They’ve put out a call for fans in Europe to submit Tales drawings, fan-fiction, music, videos, cosplay and other creative ideas. The best of these that get picked will be featured in a booklet included with issue #101 of Neo magazine.

Namco say all submissions need to be sent in by June 30th. You can send your submissions in here. They’re accepting submissions from all over the world. Any questions you have can be directed here.

As a reminder, Tales of Graces f will be released in Europe this week on August 31st. Here’s a look at the special edition in case you missed it.

Time for all the Tales fans across the world to send in those fanfics you’ve surely been stockpiling.

Don’t forget the especially important ones with:
    Richard x Asbel
    Richard x Everyone
    Leon’s hair x Everyone

But yeah, I’m glad European fans will soon get the chance to experience the glory of Graces f.

And Meredy and Keele. . . so you can keel over from the diabetes the fics will give you.

. . .I am so sorry for that pun, by the way. vnv

  • Rollersnake

Great news, as I’m juuust about finished with my 3,000 page Cress x Stahn x Reid x Guillermo (my OC) time travel mpreg slash fic.

    • puchinri

I thought mpreg was for Harry Potter? 0o0

  • I tried sending tales stuff to namco on one of their facebook things a month ago and it said I had to be 19 to enter and I’m only 18.

  • The fanfic part scares me.

    •  I know. O_O

    • LynxAmali

I’m bracing for a boat load of “What Was Really In Rita’s Drawer” Vesperia fics.

      And it will be awesome.

    • puchinri

If it’s one of the better fanfics, I’m more excited than anything. There’s some pretty good fic for Eternia, though I haven’t went outside Abyss and Eternia much for fanfics.

Since they’re going to be letting people see this, I suspect they’d choose the good stuff. (Besides, some great and professional writers indulge in fanfic too, it’d be awesome to see a Tales fanfic from a writer I love in there~!)

  • pho_Enix

It actually isn’t limited to just Europe, anybody can enter.

EDIT: It’s also included in issue #101, not issue #1.

    • Ack, typo. Number fixed! And yeah, we mentioned that it’s open to fans worldwide. :)

  • This year*

  • puchinri

Oh, that’s pretty awesome! I may try and do something~.

  • A worldwide contribution. o_o Awesome.

That’s going to be a huge list to place into 1 magazine issue.

    >sending fanfiction

OH GOD NO, what the hell are they thinking?!

    • MrRobbyM

I think it’d be funny…and weird. Mostly weird.

  • Awesome way to push up the series in the old continent :) I’ll think I’ll work on something and send their way!

  • This oughta be good…fan fiction. Heh.

  • komiko12

    Ooh..Fanfics eh.

    •  From good ones to… Dang weird. I’ve read lot of ’em in

  • “And then Asch opened the door and it was a massive party.  And Cee Lo Green was there.  And they made a music video together.”

:D  I do think this is a really neat way to reach out to fans actually.  I want to see if I can import this magazine.  Or maybe it’s just time to send in my Tales  vs Hatfields and McCoys fanart.  :D

  • Expanded Abyss stories like more about the twisted Original! Ion?

  • Julien_N

Speaking of Tales of…what happened to the Tales of Graces f contest?

    • usagi_san

Someone must of been notified via Facebook of them winning, I suppose.

      • Julien_N

It’s possible, but in that case, the winning entries would also be displayed here in an article, wouldn’t they?

        • usagi_san

Probably its to protect their identity, or something. Only a few users here have their account linked to their Facebook one, hence their “alias” would stay the same as their name on Facebook.

For others, like myself, use an alias to hold on to their identity, for whatever reason they have.

  • Estellise

I can see myself posting a couple fanart I have, but fanfictions? I didn’t think it was something appealing enough to be published in a magazine but…I’m probably going to send one.
