Even though I’ve already played it on PS3 I’m still hoping for a western release. :)
My Vita needs good games badly. :P

I actually have way too many games to play on my Vita, mostly because I import Japanese Vita games as well.  I still need to get around to Special Report Division before I jump onto Ys Celceta, which comes out later this month.

First thought I had was like “Play-Asia hooooo!” I think I need to buy this just because it looks sexy lmao.

  • I’m playing the PS3 version right now and love it.  I will certainly double dip this one.

Hope they fix the framerate on some of those parts.

Man I don’t care what people say, I love this game.

I have been wanting to play this again and even though I am importing this, I do hope to have a U.S. release.

Really? can you tell me what it’s all about? I’m on the fence about this Atelier series in general…

      • AndyFe

Well one of the biggest draw to this series in general is the alchemy or synthesizing, where you get recipes for items, gather ingredients in fields or fight monster for them, it could sound boring but it’s strangely addicting because you are trying to make the best type of items you can.

Another is the story and while this is highly open to preference, I find the stories a nice change in pace to the traditional RPG, they are not about saving the world but rather changing it. Atelier Totori in particular, to me, demonstrates this point well. Going from an average girl to an accomplished alchemist/adventurer is just satisfying.

Some people say that the story’s pace is slow but I find it a suitable pace, since you have a lot of things to do in a given time. the story is light-hearted but not too silly and has some good emotions in it but aren’t going to find an epic world saving story line, sorry.

Hopefully I was a little helpful sometimes I don’t know if I am

  • If this gets localized, do you think NISA will localize it? Seeing as they localized Rorona, Totori and Meruru?… Hoping for a Western release. :)

  • Lester Paredes

I wonder if this will come out over here. I have two friends who swear these games are awesome. And if i had it portable, i think i’d give it a try. But, I’d feel weird… there’s twelve year old girls in bikini’s prancing about… kinda pedo…
