Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Video Capture Shows Off Online City Tanjia Port

A YouTube user named iCEMANnoob has managed to get his hands on a Nintendo 3DS capture card that allows for footage from 3DS games to be directly recorded without the use of a clumsy camera or an expensive development kit.

Following a quick capture test, he’s already putting his new toy to good use, having recorded a good amount of footage from the 3DS version of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, some of which you can watch above. It shows off masks, the game’s village and also 3 Ultimate’s new online hub, Tanjia Port.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will be released in March 2013 for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in North America and Europe.

Umm, correct me if im wrong but aren’t Tri G, and Ultimate two different games? Is so then this is just some footage for Tri G (as said by the boy in the beginning of the video)

    •  They’re the same game. MH 3 Ultimate is the name of the western release of Tri G.

It would be really nice to know where and how he managed to get video capture for his 3DS, would finally pick one up if I were able to stream it.

    • It’s a special (VERY expensive) 3DS he bought. I have no idea where he bought it. You could message him on youtube about that.

  • Ah, guess I’ll subscribe now.

I remember someone saying we should try Ragnarok Odyssey saying its better than MH hijacking a whole thread of MH for it. Well I tried it and it sucked it really is not as good as Monster Hunter. -end of rant-

anyway who’s looking forward to that additional weapon and hoping its a new Range type one.

There’s always detractors of MH, most are that people that laways like to trash popular stuff. I remember one that trashed it just because the said it was only popular because the japanese were crazy about it, when occidentals preferred it in the 2nd gen MH, before the actual boom started in Japan which was mostly with 3rd gen.

There’s also people that feel they always must say GE is better, why? dunno. It’s like trying to start an argument as lame as CoD vs. BF.
