My my, now this is a surprise! I was sure this wouldn’t leave Japan (and even if it did, I thought they’d just go and release it with the other two. You know, Inazuma Eleven 1+2+3).

And now I can curse region lock properly, which I couldn’t so far. *ahem* “Curse you, region lock. You be cursed for your cursedness. Angry roar.”

    • porkiewpyne

Except this IS for EUR lol. Japan already has the original DS ver and the 3DS in the form of the compilation. XD

      • Marcelo Gouvea

I know, that’s why I’m “finally” cursing region lock XD My 3DS is of the US variety [s]though I don’t live in the US… South America, y’see[/s], so I won’t be able to play Inazuma. Inazuma is probably the first European-exclusive 3DS game that I “curse” for not being able to play.

Uruguayan with a North American 3DS. Share the feeling, believe me.

        • porkiewpyne

Ahh that explains. Fair enough. I know that feeling bro.

  • Sergio Briceño

Probably best to hold on until the compilation. But then if they don’t receive support from fans they may not even bother to release it… What to do, what to do… Wait, I don’t have to do anything, the 3DS is region locked anyway. :p

  • Shane Guidaboni

They truly think Americans hate soccer. I never got to play a single one of the Inazuma Games.

    • PABLO Rapetti Perez

The 3DS I bought is from USA. One of the few reasons I wanted a 3DS is because Inazuma Eleven. Would like to show my passion for the game somewhere, I can only dream with localization. Damned REGION LOCK!

      • ReveurIngenu

Region lock is only for 3DS games. Any DS game works on every 3DS. Since the first 3 Inazuma games are all for the DS, you can buy it from Europe and play it on any 3DS system.

Edit: I had thought that since Inazuma 3 came out on the DS in Japan, that it would be released on the DS in Europe. Glad to read it’s being released on the 3DS in Europe instead of DS.

You can still import the first two games, which were both released on the DS in Europe and thus is not region locked.

    • Desukoru

Well to be honest, I’ve never seen an American IRL who actually liked soccer.

      • Shane Guidaboni

I like soccer! It’s unfortunate, but the majority of Americans really aren’t interested in the sport. Everyone here is weened on baseball and football.

damn i was hoping for the ogre as well ah well ill still get it any way

So we will finally get all the 3 inazuma eleven game in english huh? Love the 1 & 2 game, too bad I might never play the third game thanks to region lock.

  • Göran Isacson

My condolences to US-3DS-owning people: but hey, if this sells well they may actually bother to bring over that compilation game to BOTH markets? Maybe? Kinda? Hopefully?

  • noctis_nox

I was like holy shiznet! Wow! wow! then scream like a little girl and then I realized. I have a USA 3DS and it’s region locked. Hype meter went below zero.

Hoping they somehow release this on the USA.

TIME TO IMPORT A EU 3DS

No, seriously, I’m gonna when it comes out. And nothing will stop me.

  • anthony apduhan

Seriously at least an anime version of Inazuma Eleven series (before GO) needs to be dubbed in English(US)

We need Maile Flannigan, Sarah Natochenny, Veronica Taylor, Dan Green, Michele Knotz, Antony Del Rio, Emily Jeness, Eric Stuart, Bill Rogers, Tara Strong, David Kaufman, Tom Kenny, David Faustino, P.J. Byrne etc.

So, are these in boxes or do you need to download them?

  • Shiftymorgan

I really hope 1+2 are on the cartridge too.
I kinda stopped playing 1 and didn’t buy number 2 because I heard of the compilation set that was coming out
