Last week, Sony released Soul Sacrifice—a multiplayer PlayStation Vita game inspired by the likes of Monster Hunter and other similar titles—in Japan. The game sold 114,446 copies in its first week on store shelves.

In their weekly software and hardware sales report, sales tracker Media Create share that Soul Sacrifice sold through 76% of its initial shipment. This includes both the regular edition as well as the dual packs that included two copies of the game.

This makes Soul Sacrifice the third PlayStation Vita game to sell over 100,000 copies in its first week, the other two being Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f and Persona 4: Golden.
