Fate/Extra Goes Rathian Hunting With Monster Hunter Frontier G Collaboration

By Spencer . April 2, 2013 . 9:31pm

Capcom and Type-Moon have a pretty good relationship. Remember the Eighting developed fighting game Fate/unlimited Codes that Cavia published? This time Type-Moon is working with Capcom to promote Monster Hunter Frontier G.

The Xbox 360 version will have crossover items that let you dress your hunter like Saber or Archer. Monster Hunter Frontier G has an ice dragon monster too.

Just thinking about how awesome part of my gaming life Frontier could have been just makes me sad. I’m glad we have Ultimate but seeing all that content and monsters Japanese get to play through is just heartbreaking.

  • Dexward

Dang, can you really move like that in the game?

    • Draparde

all the attacks they where doing yes. the extra ‘look around’ and ‘walking’ stuff or camera movements, no. XD

i wish they’d add the extra attack things to the regular monster hunter games :(

Did the lance just block hits for his team? O.o?

Like i said there will come a time where not a single game doesn’t have some kind of Type-Moon cross over

    • Sergio Briceño

There should be an online petition for that. Just saying.

Huh. Never watched a proper MH video before (other than that hilarious “GOTCHA, B****!” one). Actually looks pretty damn cool. I always thought that since God Eater had a story I’d enjoy it more, but I’d certainly be willing to give this a try.

Why is this being released on 360? This would kill on PS3. Plus, it would be import friendly(unless you want to wait for capcom to -never- release it).
Isn’t the 360 doing bad in japan?

  • Vash bane

this is the same trailer from before

Not a day late. Spencer just took an EXTRA day to post this, amirite?

But remember, If you ain’t first — you’re last. I’m guessing that would be the response.
