You know. I pondered more upon my confusion in one of the comments I’ve read in past articles.

    Now I’m still confused.

What the hell is up with some people going “Ew ew ew, someone in my party’s going to be a prostitute? Ew ew ew. They’re like not human beings and garbage and shit this game’s totally gonna suck cuz it has hoes in your team!”

Okay, I’m bastardizing what they said but… That’s sort of what it came down to…

Still have no idea why some people are like that…

Edit: *looks to the right-hand side to the twitter feed*

And this game got 8/7/7/8 by Famitsu huh?

      Quote : Valhalla Knights 3 (8/7/7/8, 30 points): Meanwhile, the editors weren’t
quite as impressed with Marvelous AQL’s latest Vita title. “The battles
seem fresh, with up to 14 characters and monsters mixed in with each
other,” Yoshida said, “and it’s impressive to see them unfold onscreen.
The wealth of quests and character-building tools give you a lot to do
as well. However, I didn’t like how there’s loading whenever you go
between areas in town. I would have liked to see more oomph to the event
      animation, too.”

“I think the battles could’ve done with being more uptempo,” responded
writer Morrigan Osada. “Once you’re dealing with lots of characters,
it’s hard to tell who’s going where, which is a shame.”

p.s. Sounds like a good game to me.

Sounds like it’s worth a try in my book. Bring it on Xseed.

    • Stranger On The Road

If I recall correctly, you can recruit anyone, including a ‘hostess’. I still don’t understand why people in the west insist to compare ‘hostesses’ to ‘prostitutes’.

      A hostess doesn’t sell sex!

      • Testsubject909

        Different cultures.

In the west, A host/ess is an entirely different occupation and the equivalent of “hostess” in the west would be far closer to what would be typically regarded as a front for sexual services or rather, the closest to what they can figure being a part of their culture, an escort service.

At least that’s what I figure.

Edit: That and the west has this odd obsession/shame with sex.

  • Pockystix

damn, I need to get a better look at the gameplay

    • TheExile285

I know right? Seems like they have been hiding it.

      • Vash bane

cross fingers that it dosnt play like its predecessors

  • Whoa say what? Is this game confirmed for release in the west. Why didn’t anyone tell me? Now I am even more excited for this game.

    • TheExile285

Confirmed months ago. XSEED announced it the same time they announced Ys Celceta and Rune Factory 4 for localization.

  • TheExile285

Finally, some new gameplay from this….

    • Vash bane

      lol we need more >_<

  • Rolling Guy

I hate how difficult it is to save up for the Vita. Maybe I should just sell my 3DS. It’s not like there’s gonna be a hack anytime soon. The PSN account lock is a major turn off though. It’s like region lock but with DLC’s instead.

    • BenderIsGreat

Try getting a credit card that awards you with points for gift cards and things, and then use it for daily expenses like gas, etc. Then wait until there’s a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal on a Vita, and voila! You’ll end up getting one for like $80 like I did.

      • Rolling Guy

I don’t think we have those kinds of deals here in the Philippines. Plus, we don’t have student credit cards here. Every banks requires you to have been working for at least two years. I’ve tried real bad. Best I could do is save up whatever spare allowance I can get and buy it second hand for around $200-ish. Probably take me around 4~6 months if I’m lucky.

    • TheExile285

You should never sell a system to buy another system. Keep the 3DS and save the money seperately. Put it in a bank account if necceessay.

And PSN Lock is nowhere near as bad as Region Lock, lol. It does suck that they couldn’t make it like PS3.

      • Rolling Guy

It’s collecting dust though and I rarely use it. But since we have so much good news coming in, I might just keep it if Senran Kagura Burst gets a localization. :P

  • BenderIsGreat

Looks like a great game. Too bad it isn’t Ps#, though.
