I’m so happy, I’m gonna pick the game for my PSVita.

Oh wait, there’s no PSVita release in Europe.
    WHY ?

    • Shady Shariest

Because Vita wasn’t hyped enough when they made these decisions, i would assume…

    • Ivan Junior

PSVita’s version has serious loading issues. I recommend you to buy it for the PS3

      • Nanajana

I was able to get the Vita version on sale just recently and its a delicious game overall, even with the serious “loading” / lack of vision problems. The framerate is solid, graphic is good considering how taxing it must be, and it plays phenomenally.

Also, playing this on the go is just excellent…Don’t know why the Vita version wasn’t localized at all D:

I would’ve bought it for the Vita… but I’m not a big enough fan of One Piece to get it on the PS3

  • LunarKnite

Wait what? Robin has a Xing Cai costume? Can I get this in NA? Oh please, let us.

    • Warboss Aohd

      i don’t see why not, i mean, it’s Koei’s property.

      • LunarKnite

Well, in NA isn’t it just digital only? I thought that costume was attached to “Robin’s Edition” with the retail copy which is only in EU.

        • Muffum

In Japan, it was just normal paid DLC, so it’ll presumably be the same in NA.

I liked the first game but didn’t really enjoy the platforming sections. I just want to beat up pirates so hopefully there won’t be any of those platforming sections in the sequel.

    • British_Otaku

This game apparently focuses much more on the actual combat over the QTEs and platforming which were in the last one to make it feel a little more “One Piece” ish, but you would need another source to confirm it as I’m not 100% where I got the impression.

    • Haoshoku_Haki

There is none of that stuff, its all beat em up. I platinumed the japanese version which by the way takes ages, but you dont need every coin which is good

      • MVRK HNTR

I’m a sucker for Dynasty Warriors / Warriors Orochi / Samurai Warriors so that’s essentially what I was looking for with Pirate Warriors 1 so I’m really glad to know that it’s going to be that formula just with One Piece characters.

        Thanks for the info!

  • Spirit Macardi

I’m hoping this will be only $30 or so, because if it’s more then I’m going to pass on this like I did the first. I mean, if you’re not going to bother fully localizing something, then you’d better knock the price down.

    • Martin Davis

$49.99, same as the first game.

HUh. So Luffy and Nami are the only ones unaffected by the evil mist, and then they probably have to regroup and plan a way to beat up their friends and restore them to their old selves… I can dig that, I guess.

  • Learii

I been saving my $60 in my psn for this since june

  • Insta-buy. Been waiting for this one all summer, so close now!!
