Sadly, this is the realm of games people mash up with iOS/Android mobile games.. and say that phone games are becoming like console games.

There really are people with that mindset. No matter how hard it is for you to believe!

Yep… I didn’t say it to get up votes.. It’s the truth. Which is really saddening. I’ve played a couple iOS games that look better and have close to the depth of this game, judging off of the reviews its already gotten in Japan. Gameloft does wonders with what they have.

This is most likely a no purchase or a really late JRPG’s on sale one. The videos just look atrocious and slow. I’ll enjoy P4G’s third run through.. and Tales of Hearts and Killzone.. and Tearaway.. and Ys.. Way too many good quality games to be wasting time on this.

    This looks…..pretty bad.

The combat is kinda slow , I’ll try it out if there’s a demo

Graphically speaking, it looks terrible. But I’d wait for the game to be out to judge it for what it is: a JRPG. After all, I don’t see people dissing 3DS games for looking subpar a lot of the time~.

    • Pockystix

kinda reminds me of Dragon Age origins

it’s slow and clunky, but had a lot of depth

. . . this probably won’t be close, but hey, I’ll cut it some slack lol

LOL it’s probably the closest thing the VITA would get natively to scratch my Dragon Age VITA itch.

The first 3 games for PSP and the one for Wii were ALL terrible! If this game doesn’t perform at least 40% better than all its predecessors combined, then this franchise should never see the light of day again.

      • Lightthrower

It did get better scores from Famitsu this time around I think.

Monster Hunter also looks terrible graphically, but look at those sales!

  • konpon568

Graphically speaking, when compared to all the previous titles, it looks much, much better! The combat seems slower than the previous games. Though, it looks more tactical, with some timing-based striking in there. I find the voices annoying, so I hope I can either turn it off, or if there are better voice options fo the characters.

Other than that, it just still seems like your run-of-the-mill Valhalla Knights. And I hope it doesn’t fail in breaking its family curse of broken mechanics and mediocre story!

I know i’m probably going to get alot of downvotes for this and be called a puritan for this but, this game is far too risque for me, which is saying something since so far, saints row 4 is my favorite game this year ( though to be fair, i haven’t played my copy of tales of xillia yet, and both EOU:TMG and Ys celceta come out this year).

I did originally intend to get the game, but then i found out about some of it’s side events and well, yeah.
For those who are looking forward to this game, i hope it’s everything you want and more.
