North America and Europe recently got Valhalla Knights 3 on PlayStation Vita last month. Meanwhile, Japan is getting an the enhanced Valhalla Knights 3 Gold early next year, featuring additional story parts, improved load time and battle speed, according to this week’s Famitsu magazine.
In Valhalla Knights 3 Gold, the Red Light District, where players can recruit female party members along with side-quests, will be getting a new facility called “Erotica Heaven”. Additionally, the enhanced version of the game will be adding two new races of Angels and Demons.
In addition to the already existing 20 job classes such as Ninja and Amazoness, they’ll be adding Gunner and four other classes to the game.
When Valhalla Knights 3 was released by Xseed Games outside of Japan, they’ve already included the online multiplayer option, unlike the original Japanese version which only featured ad-hoc connectivity. In Valhalla Knights 3 Gold, Japanese players will finally be able to play via WiFi, along with the newly introduced co-op and versus modes.
Valhalla Knights 3 is slated for release on February 27, 2014, for PlayStation Vita. You can read our playtest of the original game here.
