    I’m still halfway through mk2 right now… T_T

    • Zaig

Then you’re almost done! It only took me about 40 hours to do everything, including a New Game+ replay. Go, go, go! It’s a really short game, which makes me hopeful that there’s much more content in the port….but if it’s already getting a release this soon after the first, I’m somewhat doubtful.

  • malek86

March? They are getting them out there quickly, uh.

  • Duc PC-QB

    And screenshots

    • bigboss09

the graphics look much better then the PS3 ver
MK2 I don’t like it as the 1st and 3rd game because only Neptune can be the main character because she so funny and very funny.

      • artemisthemp

I prefer 1st and MK2, while Victory was meh IMO

        • bigboss09

          Victory was meh ?!
really? actually for me the game was perfect story, gameplay. and I really like noire and Plutia was very funny.

          • DriftSlave

I like the mechanic’s to Victory, story and characters were not my favorite in the series.

          • Tyler Beale

Same here! I liked Mk2 as well, but hated having to manage 2 special bars to use items and abilities, as well as my inability to defeat Arfoire (for the bad ending) with DLC weapons.

          • artemisthemp

You was unable to defeat Arfoire in the Bad Ending with DLC weapon?
            How did you manage that?

          • Tyler Beale

By not feeling like grinding or going out of my way to recruit my lovely lady Noire or her friends Blanny and Vertypoo.

        • I can only enjoy a game where Neptune is the main character. She’s like Goku to Nep Jr’s Gohan.

    • Demeanor

Wow, really noticeable upgrade! Though I still feel that such a good and recent game doesn’t really need a remake, they’ll need to show me some really cool stuff to convince me to buy after the PS3 version platinum.
And btw, has Nepgear grown in the chest area? XD

  • why vita only !!!

    • Xerain

Because the Vita is the second best handheld after 3DS, with lots of great games.

You can also pick up a 32GB memory card at $45 for best buy if you’re lucky and sign up for their stupid card.

I play it as much as my PS3… and rebuy all my PS3 games all over again for it because of the bonus costumes.

      • you dont say ?

i played mk2+V on my ps3. vita lineup isnt really attracting (for me). and there stiill also no plan for localization.

my wish is that they should be on ps3 also >.<

        • JonathanisPrimus

How could Vita’s lineup ever be attractive to you if you want all of its games on PS3?

    • Aristides

PS3 got it’s shot, it’s time for some handheld love ♥. Great exclusives is what makes a system. Good thing the VTV is coming along for those who loathe handhelds (or simply just want the option of playing on their TV)

  • T_T <—– Tears of joy. =^_^=

That NepNep book will be mine *_*

  • Neppygear

    Waifu lookin’ super fine.

  • Xerain

    Nepgear is best Nep.

    • Pipe

Uni is the best Nep, Nepgear is close second.

      • Xerain

I might agree were Uni a Nep. However Uni is not a Nep.

        • Pipe

Everyone in Neptunia is a Nep. Or are you implying that Uni is a Nowa~?

          • Xerain

            Uni is a Uni.

            Uniii~~! *Toss*

There are multiple Neps, but Uni is Unique.

  • ivanchu77

Love the CPU candidates ^_^ glad to see them in the spotlight again

  • Nubile maidens!

  • Nice! I hope to hear some localisation news on the first one, and this one to follow suit. Will try to pick up the first two for the PS3 sometime soon, I hope.

  • Kornelious

Great…now i gotta bug NISA for this too. Seriously, we have fairy fencer f and hyperdimension rebirth 1 and 2 games that people really want, and you decide to localize the games no one asked for (But I’m not angry about it, I’m just questioning NISA’s motives)

    • Lynx

Don’t they already have the majority of the scripts done aside from the new stuff added or are they really that different that those wouldn’t work?

      • Pipe

They are completely different. I played Re;Birth and its nothing like the original HDN. I always liked the story and the setting of the first HDN but they managed to make everything better. Goddesses join through the story, you can create the candidates, it has way better jokes and Noire and Neptune have a lot of really cute moments together. For example a scene where they feed pudding to each other on a hill during a starry night, it was so adorable.

        • Mr_SP

That’s great! That’s incredible! Definitely a buy, then.

I like Atelier, too, but when the Vita versions are… well, ports, it’s hard to get excited.

        • DriftSlave

it’s as you say, it’s the setting of the first game with different events so people who play the first game will have alot to be surprised about…since there are different plot points….oh and faceless characters have faces. The new CGI artworks are a real treat as you mentioned above.

If Nisa is doing the dub…I hope they don’t get lazy and not dub alot of the skits….because I really do enjoy the English VA’s.

    • ZekeFreek

TO BE FAIR: People have been begging every localization company to do Danganronpa FOR YEARS.

      • Kornelious

Not Dangaronpa, that one deserves a localization. I meant Mugen Souls Z and Hyperdimension PP (Which I will still gladly purchase, but still…)

        • ZekeFreek

As much as I have INTENSE MIXED FEELINGS for Mugen Souls, i am kinda-sorta glad the sequel is coming over. If only so I can rip it a new one.

        • DesmaX

You do know that the licensing process is not exactly easy? The whole process can take some time to complete (And, it’s only common sense to announce it when it’s secured).

And, of course, NISA has no means to know if CH is making game x before the official announcement, so there’s that too

          • Kornelious

But I want It!……I mean, yeah I guess your right.

  • Kami nii

    Oracles Are Playable?

    Can somebody confirm this?

    • refrain

      It is confirmed

      • Kami nii

Then I can Finally Play as Histoire Ohhh Dem!! Thanks Man :)

        • ivanchu77

You can play with her in Re;Birth 1 too :) (but she´s only DLC in that game…)

      • ShadowDivz

        That was easy. xD

  • Aristides

Nep’s boobs look wired. Not that they should be bigger but it looks like they attached marbles on the surface of her skin. maybe the pose just makes them look strange. Oh yeah, can’t wait for this game, NISA please localize :P

  • Raharu95

Well I am fine with this as long as they don’t replace the makers with the Victory makers again :/ I have nothing against the victory makers, but I’d rather they add the makers than replace the old one with the new ones -_-

  • Tyler Beale

We haven’t even gotten PP yet! Goddammit, NISA is slow as hell!!

    • Renaldi Saputra

they’re working on too many games for now, please be concerned

      • Tyler Beale

Yeah, I know…I was talking specifically about the Neptunia games. Japan already has PP and Re;birth 1 and soon Re;birth 2 will be joining them while we haven’t even gotten PP yet.

But hey, next year we’re getting PP, Danganronpa, Mugen Souls Z, Disgaea 4 Return, and more.

Also, we finally have a playable Chi…oh god…Chiii…..CHHHIIIIKKAAAAA!!!

  • ShadowDivz

I’m still surprised by how …..revealing Uni’s HDD form is.
    …surprised and aroused.

  • ZekeFreek

Unpopular Opinion, but I’ve always liked Nepgear. For two reasons: First, she’s the only one of these fucking people to actually have any development whatsoever. That’s a big plus. And Second; Because I actually owned a Sega Gamegear as a kid. Yeah, that’s right. What Nintendon’t motherfuckers.

    • WyattEpp

You’ve reminded me of the Conquest Ending again. :( (That was honestly surprising, given the tone of the game.)

  • Theob Vious Choice

Remake of the best Neptune game? Hell yeah.
Played through Re;Birth1, was pretty good; I really don’t feel that MkII needs a remake, but it’s nice that it’s getting one anyway. Imo, V wasn’t as good as MkII, gameplay-wise it was better; but as far as I’m concerned V was nowhere near as good as MkII. Then again, I find Pish annoying and I’m not the kind of person who likes S characters; which is unfortunate since they’re basically the new tsundere. I didn’t like V as much largely because Pururuto was pretty much the main character; she finished off everything, and dominated everyone. Her character type was way too overpowering, so nevermind Nepgear, but Neptune wouldn’t even be able to overpower that kind of thing as far as being a protagonist.

When you relegate the primary bad guy of the series to comedy fodder, bring in another character which leads to an irritating drama plot centering around the most irritating new character, and you bring in a new character who’s personality essentially renders the protagonist completely worthless as far as the plot is concerned, it’s either hit or miss. I liked V quite a lot as a game, but comparing it to MkII; I personally just don’t see it being anywhere near as good.
