  • Rocsas

Super Robot Wars Z3 for PS3 or PS vita hopefully

    • Masa

      I hope so!

  • fyi1191

    Midorikawa and Nakamura.
I assume Gundam Wing and Macross Frontier are confirmed?
Katoki Wing Gundam make it happen!

    • Lynx

More like Might Gaine and Linebarrels.

      I wish.

      • Exkaiser

How long must we wait for Braves in SRW? Back when Neo came out, I thought for sure they had to be around the bend because the Eldorans were there. And then they’ve been teasing the hell out of us with those Super Robot Chogokins lately… so clearly Bandai-Takara relations aren’t the cold war they used to be.

W feels like so long ago, sometimes.

        • Lynx

I doubt they have any cold blood anymore considering we got Genesis, New Century Zero (albeit without Bit) and Chaotic Century in OE which are all strict Takara-Tomy properties unlike Brave’s coproductions.

    • Midorikawa only confirms Midorikawa, he’s literally in every single game as one or twelve characters~

      • Exkaiser

Hell, he’s even in the unvoiced games. He’s just so in love with the series.

      • MrTyrant

Asakim vs Masaki and other midorikawa characters. We would call it Super Midorikawa Taisen.

    • Exkaiser

Have you played Alpha 2? Wing Gundam ver. Ka is in it, and it’s lovely.

I always put Noin in it because Noin is baller.

      • Tom_Phoenix

I haven’t played Alpha 2 yet (I have it, but I still need to finish Alpha and Alpha Gaiden). Once I do play it, though, I’ll definitely put Noin in it, because Noin being stuck with a crappy Taurus has always been a travesty.

  • Tenabrus

Well whatever they’re announcing at least we can be assured one thing: We sure as hell won’t see this come out overseas.

    • fyi1191

      By now.

  • James Enk

3DS maybe and also western release? i don’t think so but i can hope

    • Exkaiser

They usually alternate platforms between releases. The last normal SRW was UX on the 3DS, so I think they’ll switch it up for the next one. …I don’t really think OE counts, but it’s hard to say how serious they are about it. I felt they were treating it like a spinoff.

  • Brandonmkii

Most likely a new non-OG game for PS3, maybe Vita too.

  • WingsOfEternity

    Most likely Z3.
    Fingers crossed for Bokurano/ Laputa/ Zegapain/ Muv-Luv.
Who am i kidding, it’ll probably cover E7AO, Aquarion EVOL, TTGL end and 1st half of Gundam Unicorn.

    • MrTyrant

Visual novels with mechs needs more love: Muv Luv, Shinki:Extend, Baldr Sky and Muramasa for example. I would die if they add some of these.

    • gk2012

The only way Bokurano would work is if Zearth only gets forced deployed on 15 specific missions. And even if it does happen, I imagine it being terrible because of underleveled pilots and they won’t earn enough PP to get the skills to make them more effective.

So I don’t think it;s gonna happen unless they make Zearth too overpowered to offset the problem with its pilots, or they somehow change how it works so you’d be able to sortie it whenever when you’re on your last pilot. But that wouldn’t be Bokurano anymore, isn’t it?

      • WingsOfEternity

The developers can always bend the story slightly for the sake of the game. like make the pilots skills/stats carry over to the next Zearth pilot, or only make them die after finishing missions where they fight another enemy earth defender. Heck, they can even polish the ending a little and make the group fight the higher beings w/ anti-spirals as the final stage.

        • Rocsas

But I would love to see the last battle of Bokurano playing without alterations and the reactions of all the heroic and hotblooded pilots

When the last pilot of Zearth has to kill every single human of one alternative Earth

  • MrTyrant

    Shu Shirakawa is Santa Claus?

    • Exkaiser

And for the naughty little boys and girls, a lump of BLACK HOLES! Ho ho ho, indeed.

  • sd28

either z3 , another 3ds title or elemental lords 4

  • Not sure if this is about this certain announcement, but there’s a list of SRW games and the next one says VITA

    • s07195

(Still planning to wait for confirmation first, of course.)

  • Ramón Navas

I know very damn well that’s impossible, but everytime something like this happens I always crossing my fingers for a overseas release or that they said that they know they have a fanbase over here and they will try to give us a good game as hard as they can

  • Slickyslacker

*insert generic localization whining comment here*

  • Zeongundam

Hope i’ts a new title. In a perfect world, FROM SOFTWARE would let them put Armored Core and we’d get some Manga version of Getter Robo. But of course I’ll settle for any SRW at this point :D

    • bassgs435

in a perfect world, capcom would also let them put Tech Romancer.

  • Am I the only one who wants Valvrave in these? That would be amazing, methinks.

    • too early, usually mecha series that got into SRW usually have 3 years gap

      • Ah, okay. I was thinking that just VVV Season 1 would make an appearance, but that makes sense, thanks

      • Lynx

        Thats a myth.

See F91, Gundam Wing, Evangelion, Giant Robo, etc.

        • the point is most series don’t get into SRW roster that early

          especially for the recent SRW

        • Mr_SP

That was in the early days. Recently, it’s extremely uncommon, if not outright non-existent. Even stuff like the Evangelion movies, added to a game before they finished, proceeded to ignore almost all of the newest stuff and left the plot barely even touched upon.

  • i don’t mind any OG saga or D remake and its even better if Vita got its share
