  • I-e-on

The vita skin looks nice, but I don’t know if this is a game I could get into….

    • Renaldi Saputra

if you’re not a sexual fanservice & moeblob guy (I mean prefering into sex fanservice & moeblob), I guess this is not that recommended

      • I-e-on

Its not so much the fanservice but the ui just looks clunky in dungeons and battles look incredibly boring…

        • Shippoyasha

For what it’s worth, the UI does work. And it’s a really oldschool Wizardry throwback. Meaning it is a very time tested 3D dungeon systems and method of gameplay. It definitely isn’t for everyone because of that combat style.

        • darke

Don’t my fancy the flashing ‘status’ indicators myself, and there better be a ‘speed up the combat animations’ button or else I’ll fall asleep on my feet playing through it. :P Otherwise seems pretty standard wizardry-clone. Hopefully there’s some sort of barely intelligent auto-battle for the steam-roller-able encounters though.

          • Shippoyasha

There are all manner of shortcut and speed-micro you can program each girl to do in the game. I usually speed through if need to hurry or the enemies don’t pose a threat.

          • darke

Joy. Sounds somewhat more intelligent then Mind-0’s then which is a good thing. :P

        • Duo Maxwell

Some people I know rated it higher than Demon Gaze, and Demon Gaze is already the top of my favorite Vita games list.

Unless you are not into dungeon crawler, I think it’s worth checking out.

          • I-e-on

If a demo ever winds up on JPSN I’ll definitely try it out! If not I guess I’ll just look at more gameplay footage.

  • Shippoyasha

Oh god my wallet. My poor wallet. This game was one of my GOTY candidates last year. Really solid and complex Wizardry gameplay, incredibly difficult bosses (which is a plus), nice and sexy Aquaplus/Leaf artwork and quality voice acting. Very lengthy game as well. I’m still playing the PSP game on and off and it’s still not near 100% yet.

    • Renaldi Saputra

do you play with fan translation in english?

      • Shippoyasha

        Nope. Just an import copy.

    • Duo Maxwell

From the look of it, how high the chance of localization you would guess? Considering the current rise of DRPG on the Vita recently.

      • Renaldi Saputra

Tears to Tiara 2 got localized, this one might get also…

        • Anime10121

“is getting localized” you mean, as an official announcement has yet to be made…

          • Renaldi Saputra

oh I forgot it, we haven’t known who’s localizing it

      • Shippoyasha

If Demon’s Gaze made it, this game could have a chance. I guess the bigger worry is that Aquaplus games doesn’t always get localized because it’s mostly a renowned name in Japan only.

        • darke

I think that Criminal Girls being localised (even if it is Bowdlerised), pretty much removes a lot of the assumptions that there’s a game too niche, or too ero to be localised now. :?

    • FitzpatrickPhillips

How was the music? After beating Moero Chronicles, I could go for another lewd dungeon crawler. Also do I need to play the first one?

      • Shippoyasha

The music was alright. It’s not the most memorable stuff out there.

The story is original since the first game was a To Heart spinoff.

  • I do like the look of it but I’m kinda broke when it comes out

  • ギャビン

    The art is fantastic.

  • Puru

Day 1 + double (well more like triple) dip if it’s getting localized.
    It’s that good.

  • Kornelious

The art style in this game looks absolutely Beautiful! The gameplay looks really good to (The only thing bothering me is how fast battle’s are initiated…..idk why it just bugs me :P) And that cool decal and stand look really cool (Seriously though, what’s up with all the Microfiber cloths?)

With all the Dungeon crawlers being localized lately, hopefully someone will pick this up! Maybe someone who localized a previous title from Aquaplus. Or one who usually localizes fanservice-y games. Or who specializes in loacalizing quirky games……Just listing some possibilites :P

  • Aristides

The game looks like a straight port of a PSP game, I mean I guess the up-resed the 2D art but the 3D dungeon textures look like 3DS/PSP level res. I’ll still be getting this if it gets localized though! I hope either NISA or Atlus pick this up.

    • darke

I suspect it doesn’t look as bad on device; I can’t tell what is a bit blurry due to compression artefacts and blurriness caused by youtube, and what’s due to upscaling. :(
