With all of this New 3DS talk, it’s nice to switch it up with a beautifully plot driven Vita game.

Can’t wait to pick this up.

    • NeptuniasBeard

      There’s a NEW 3DS!?

      • Harvey Tejada Loto

        Yeah and it sucks

  • AlteisenX

Can’t wait to pick up a copy. Dash cancelling is a great thing, and from what I’ve seen I think its in this.

  • .:Raphællius:.

I wonder why Akiba’s Trip will get a physical, and this one won’t.(Europe)

    • Senpai

That’s strange considering that Europe got Burst in physical.

  • Shippoyasha

Really wished physical release was more wide release but hey, get that preorder to get it in physical form.

  • Jin Kisaragi

I need to see more of the PLOT.

  • ThatGuy3190_7

Two questions: 1.) Will I need to play Senran Kagura for the 3DS to understand what is going on in this game? 2.) Will this game be released physical release? If so, where can it be purchased?

    • TD1251

If you’re in the US, then yes there will be a physical release. It’s available on Amazon.

    • JCTXS

      1) No. It is a standalone game.
      2) It is a physical release, but they are $50 only so far because they are all limited editions. It may only get that first print, so I wouldn’t expect a $40 physical release.

      • Digidyne017

So, its not going to be digtal?

        • Of course they will be digital

        • Doctor Nebula

All Vita games are also digital.

    • Hinataharem

It follows the events of the first game, but has its own story and events. It details prior events, but it wouldn’t hurt to get familiar with events and characters beforehand

      • ThatGuy3190_7

To this day I still want to play the first one, but alas, I do not have another 3DS to transfer my files to a bigger SD card nor do any of my friends on my college campus has a 3DS. The file size for the first one is about 2 GB, right?

        • Hinataharem

I think it is. Also, you don’t need two 3DS to put files from one SD card, to another. Just copy the entire card to a computer, then transfer all of the files to the new card

        • lpchaim

It’s 13929 blocks according to my 3DS, so around 1.75 GB if I’m not mistaken. US version BTW.
Do you care about framerate at all? It’s quite terrible on this one, if you didn’t know already. Still, fun game of course.

EDIT: Don’t know if I read it wrong, but in any case: you do NOT need another 3DS to transfer anything between SD cards, just copy everything to the new one using a PC and it will work out. Must use it in the same console as the original, of course.

          • ThatGuy3190_7

Framerate and graphics doesn’t hinder me from enjoying a game. Now that I know that I do not need another 3DS to transfer my save data and files, I no need to prolong the wait. Which SD card is suggested for the 3DS? I’ve read that certain brands do not work so great on the 3DS.

          • lpchaim

I see, sorry if I sounded like an ass. It didn’t prevent me from enjoying it, but I’d be lying if it didn’t bother me while playing hahaha
As for the SD brand, I know nothing about that apart from the fact mine is a random spare Kingston 8GB I had around.

          • ThatGuy3190_7

You didn’t sound like an ass. My gaming preference are a bit different from yours (and possibly anyone else) but you accepted it with an open mind, and I respect you for that. After all, it isn’t common to encounter someone who doesn’t give a flip about graphics or framerates when it comes to gaming. Hahaha.

With that said, I think I’ll get started on the first Senran Kagura in between releases after Danganronpa 2 and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Fall and Winter are the busiest months of gaming this year. Haha.

  • TheManWithPants

I really need to give Senran Kagura on the 3DS a try. Game looks crazy awesome. You know… for the plot! I-it’s not like I’m into fanservice or anything!

    • PenguinPlayer

If you didn’t come for the plot, you will stay for it. Game has VN sections with as much text as one route of Fate/Stay Night.

  • Nonscpo

So looking forward to this :)

  • TheCynicalReaper

  • Never played burst but I;m gonna buy this

  • Job For A [S]unjay

I can’t wait for the plot!

    • Nu Blitz

  • Kornelious

Looking good! I loved Burst and this looks even better! Already got my Physical version pre-ordered and now all we need is a release date (And knowing XSeed it will probably be announced a week or so before :P)

    • Nu Blitz

isnt it september 30th or is that an estimated date?

      • Kornelious

Estimated….No official word from XSeed yet if it’s set or not.

      • Kornelious

Amazon actually recently put up October 14th as it’s release date know so it could be either X(

        • Nu Blitz

I guess I can wait a bit longer for that goodness

  • Kumiko Akimoto
