To be specific, two rounds of invites were confirmed. On April 22, 2024, Supergiant Games announced that it allowed more people to start playing the game. It then also noted that was only the second of another expected round. The next wave of Hades II Steam Technical Test invitations will go out to PC players by April 27, 2024. There’s no word when on an exact date.

Here’s the official announcement:

It seems like we’ve seen a number of these waves already happen, it seems odds could end up being in people’s favor if they wanted to try the game ahead of its launch. After all, back on April 19, 2024, a wave of invitations went out as well.

Hades II is expected to enter Early Access on Steam for PC players in 2024, and the Technical Test is running now. There’s no timeline yet for the game’s full launch or possible ports to other platforms.
