Cloudbuilt is a really fast free-running 3D platformer that’s channeling the style of games such as Mirror’s Edge. It got picked up by publishers Rising Star Games after being Steam Greenlit and is now published, with a 10% discount going on right now over at Steam.
When last we looked at it, we noted how the game had interesting multiple choices to race to the exit, which includes more difficult and possibly even deadly routes that could shave those precious seconds off the scoreboard.
The colored art style blends a little bit of Borderlands with the exoskeleton and gun-arm of a female Mega Man while players blast, jump, wall-run and try to avoid getting killed in a high-speed dash to the exit gate. Cloudbuilt has some 22 levels at launch and four endings to unlock spread across seven different worlds.
Cloudbuilt is out now on PC.
