Windy X Windam Breezes Into Europe

imageDHM Interactive believes Windy X Windam will sell in Europe. They picked up the rights to Ninja Studio’s fighting game which stars the legendary unemployed ninja, Izuna.

The USK rated the game and DHM has a splash page that says a localized version of Windy X Windam is due in Europe in September. While the Nintendo DS has few fighting games the Japanese version is said to be a mess. It’s unclear if DHM Interactive is going to push Ninja Studio to clean the game up or if it’s going to ship as is with different languages. Just another sign that *almost* everything gets localized these days.

Windy X Windam may have been a bad pickup, but DHM Interactive is a curious company to watch. They’re also publishing Hammerin’ Hero and apparently Ys Book I and Ys Book II. Yeah, they’re going to release Ys as separate games in Europe.
