Mighty No. 9 Brings It With Boss Rush, Challenge, And One Hit Death Maniac Mode Footage

Deep Silver has released a new Mighty No. 9 trailer that shows footage of all of the game’s unique modes. Aside from the single player campaign, players can aid Beck as he goes through Boss Rush, Challenge, One Hit Death Maniac, and multiplayer Modes.

Each mode gets a few moments to provide a visual example of how it works. With Boss Rush, Beck goes from boss room to room, facing against the other Mighty Numbers. Challenge mode shows Beck using a board to skate over enemies and jumping from rings. One Hit Death Maniac’s moments serve to show how difficult the game could be if a player dies after taking one hit. The multiplayer mode is featured for the longest, as it shows an example of the cooperative and competitive play.

Mighty No. 9 will come to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on February 9 in North America and February 12 worldwide. Physical copies will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. Pre-orders provide players with Retro Hero DLC for free.
