Ellen has players investigating the house where the Smiths died in horrific fashion. However, their daughter survived, and with the silhouette of a strange little girl appearing in their windows, it doesn’t bode well for players’ investigations.
Players will work their way through six chapters of pixellated horror, finding items to solve puzzles as well as clues that will eventually unveil what happened to the Smiths. As they explore, though, they will come across terrifying apparitions they will need to hide from or flee from. However, some of the more unsettling visions cannot be escaped, with players watching as their investigator’s mind and reality come apart.
While conducting their search through the house, players will also come across tapes that will reveal bits of the story, listening to uncomfortable accounts of events that will piece the sickening puzzle together.
