5pb is expanding from visual novels and shooter ports. They just announced a fighting game for Japan.

Phantom Breaker is scheduled to come out next year and Hiro Suzuhira is listed as the character designer. Suzuhira worked on Welcome to Pia Carrot 3 and Shuffle. Mangagamer picked up and localized the latter game.
Details about the fighting system, even the system its in development for, has not been announced at this time.
