Way To The Woods is a third-person adventure about a mother deer and her fawn traipsing through a “strange place” (thanks Sean Murray) By the looks of it, that place is the post-apocalyptic ruins of humanity.

This suspicion is further confirmed by the 16-year-old artist and creator of Way To The Woods, Anthony Tan, saying that he’s inspired by The Last of Us (which the game’s environments resemble) as well as Life is Strange, Spirited Away, and Princess Mononoke.

At the moment, a year of work has been put into Way To The Woods, and Tan has applied for an Unreal Dev Grant from Epic Games to continue developing it.
