A Gallery Of Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy Third Forms

Every character, new and returning, have at least three looks in Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy. Lightning’s third form is based on a soldier design from Nao Ikeda who created character art for Final Fantasy XIII and later Mana series titles such as Children of Mana.

Although it’s been leaked, Square Enix isn’t quite ready to reveal Yuna’s third form. Instead, they released screenshots of her another form, which is based on artwork from Yoshitaka Amano.

While the picture below is also based on Amano’s artwork, it is not Tifa’s third form. All first run copies of Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy in Japan come with a code to download this outfit from the PlayStation Store.

Final Fantasy: Warrior of Light / Garland

Final Fantasy III: Onion Knight / Cloud of Darkness

Final Fantasy IV: Cecil / Golbez

Cecil is based off his appearance in Final Fantasy IV DS while Golbez is dressed in his Final Fantasy IV: The After Years outfit.

Final Fantasy VI: Terra / Kefka

Final Fantasy VII: Cloud / Sephiroth

Final Fantasy VIII: Squall / Ultimecia

Final Fantasy IX: Zidane / Kuja

Zidane is dressed as a soldier from Alexandria castle. Kuja’s dark colors are supposed to make him like a god of death.

Final Fantasy X: Tidus / Jecht

Topless Tidus is based on Amano’s original design. Jecht is in a blitzball outfit.

Final Fantasy XII: Gabranth

His third form turns him into Basch.
