A hoard of Pikachu are scheduled to invade Japan once more this August. The “Odoru? Pikachu Tairyō Hassei-chū!” (roughly “Dance? Pikachu Mass Outbreak-chu!”) event is returning, and similar to last year it will involve a parade of Pikachu making their way through the Yokohama region. (Thanks, Anime News Network)

The event is scheduled to run from August 8th – 11th around Yokohama’s Minato Mirai district, and will consist of at least 1,000 Pikachu. You can view a compilation of last year’s even above.
