The eShop, which is where you’ll download games and view information on games will allow you to find information on both 3DS and Wii titles, as well as their release dates. Nintendo say you’ll be able to search for games by their name, popularity and user recommendation rankings, or even by keyword.

In addition to the eShop, you’ll also have access to the Internet browser, which will allow you to upload photos to the net. You can read more about the browser’s features here.

Additionally, the firmware update will also enable transfer of DSiWare titles and your Wi-Fi connection settings from your Nintendo DSi. However, you will not be able to transfer your transferred DSiWare games from your Nintendo 3DS back to your DSi.
