Alien Syndrome: Then versus now

Sega’s been bringing back a lot of their franchises. A new Afterburner game was released this week for the PSP and Alien Syndrome is coming out for the Wii and PSP later this year. The original arcade game was a run and gun shooter where players had to shoot aliens with a top down camera looking down on the action. Twenty years later the remake has players… shoot aliens. Is more of the same OK with retronauts or would you rather have Sega do something "new" with the franchise?
