Are Sony Teasing The Next PlayStation?

Sony are holding an event on February 20th, and it sounds like we might hear something about their next console at the event. Earlier this afternoon, the PlayStation Twitter account tweeted “See the future” with a link to this site. On the main page is the following video:

Both Sony and Microsoft are expected to reveal or, at the very least, tease their next consoles in the near future. Are we going to see Sony’s tease in three weeks?
