Spike Chunsoft recently revealed Attack on Titan 2: Future Coordinates for 3DS and they shared the latest info on the action game sequel’s official website.

With a “Story Mode” that runs parallel with Attack on Titan anime’s season 2 and a “World Mode” that lets you customize your own army along with base crafting features, the “3D Maneuver Gear Action” game is headed to Nintendo 3DS with all elements evolved from the previous game.

In “World Mode” you’ll start out by making your own original character. From there, you’ll gather allies from around the lands and give them a spot in your original army.

In Attack on Titan 2: Future Coordinates you’ll get to check out a new craft feature that lets you customize your own army base, which you’ll also need to protect from Titans in defense missions.

The exhilarating 3D Maneuver Gear action comes with new motions and visuals based on the anime.

As for the multiplayer features, Attack on Titan 2: Future Coordinates allows you to party with up to four players in offline and online multiplayer. Multiplayer communication features have also been improved.

You’ll get to take control of characters like Eren and Mikasa from the original work to experience the story of Attack on Titan’s season two of the anime. The game will also feature music and scenes from the anime so fans can feel more immersed than before.

Attack on Titan 2: Future Coordinates launches in Japan sometime this year for Nintendo 3DS.
