We’ve seen plenty of story parts and characters for Azur Lane: Crosswave, but the latest video from Compile Heart focuses on showing some of its tougher battles with a look at “Long Battle” gameplay.

In the above footage, the difficulty is set to hard, but it also only allows non-rare equipment and skills don’t get stronger, so it comes with a couple handicaps. There’s also no time limit so these fights can last for quite a bit.

Azur Lane: Crosswave releases for the PlayStation 4 in Japan on August 29, 2019. Check our previous report to learn more about “Episode Mode” that tells side-stories for various shipgirls.
