Fugl lets players become a colorful bird, flying high above jungles, forests, caverns, and fantasy worlds, all stretching out as far as the player wishes to go.
Each of Fugl’s lush places are procedurally-generated, letting the player take off in any direction as far as they wish to go in this endless voxel world. Out there, they will find sweeping vistas and other living creatures, able to swoop down on them to see into the lives of the other animals.
Players can gain special powers by interacting with other flying creatures, gaining the ability to land on water like a duck, hover like a colibri, use the vision of an eagle, or even breathe fire like a dragon. Using these abilities, players can befriend or antagonize the creatures they meet in each area. The wildlife will react appropriately to your behavior, though.
Fugl is currently raising votes on Steam Greenlight, and is set to release on Early Access in the second quarter of this year.
