In Birthdays the Beginning, players have control over a cubic world they’re able to shape. Decisions people make help it grow and become a thriving habitat for creatures of all kinds. One of the ways in which a person can challenge him or herself is with Challenge Mode.
With Birthdays the Beginning’s Challenge Mode, a person will have to try and reach a goal within a certain number of years. Some of the examples offered by NIS America include trying to get a plesiosaurus or tyrannosaurus rex to evolve and live in their cube. However, following guidelines along the way and getting that result when there are about 300 creatures
The Mysterious Glass Jar was also revealed as one of the items people can use to influence life in their cubes. When you use it on an organism, it saves it into the jar. You can then chose to release that being into the cube or world to see how a new environment will cause it to evolve and grow. This may come in handy when attempting to complete certain Challenge Mode missions.
